Accreditation decisions are under the following categories:

1. Decision to grant institutional or program-level accreditation for 5 years

2. Decision to grant conditional institutional or program-level accreditation

3. Decision not to grant accreditation

4. Decision to notify a possible freeze of accreditation (warning)

5. Decision to freeze accreditation

6. Decision to withdraw accreditation

7. Decision to modify training capacity in cases of program-level accreditation
