2. Practice License (if applicable).
3. Recommendation letter from DIO (or Relevant).
4. Personal Photo (png or jpg format).
5. Emirates ID (for UAE Residents).
6. Conflict of Interest & Confidentiality Declaration Form.

Eligibility Criteria

The following points state the eligibility criteria for serving as examiner and member of the exam panel:

1. Must be licensed consultants or Board certified in the discipline with at least three years of experience.
2. Must not be in a subspecialty certification process.
3. Preferably be involved in medical education, with experience in residency education.
4. Must be clinically active and involved in patient care or as relevant.
5. Must not be in a position entailing a conflict of interest such as when examining in context of a residency program run by the same institution.
6. Must sign the conflict of interest and declaration form as dictated by the NIHS.
7. Must commit to participating in assessment training as and when required by the NIHS.
8. Any exemption from these criteria must be recommended to the Secretary General by the Central Assessment Committee based on sound grounds.
